General Rules:
*NO FIREARMS, fireworks, explosives, BB guns, or weapons of any kind.
*ATVs, dirt bikes, and golf carts with permission only.
*Each RV is to be clean and self supported; not blocked up or propped up .
*Due to wildlife, trash must be placed immediately into dumpsters.
*Please keep your space, gravel, grass and wooded areas clean of all trash and cigarette butts.
Children:
*Children must be attended at all times.
*Adult supervision is required on wooded trails due to natural dangers such as poison ivy, covered over stump holes, falling dead limbs, snakes, yellow jackets, etc.
Driving:
*Observe the speed limit of 10 mph and watch for children, pets and wildlife.
*Drive on the graveled roads only.
Parking:
*One tow vehicle with motor home and one pickup/towing vehicle with trailer or fifth wheel.
*Space permitting, additional vehicles may be allowed with prior approval of manager.
*Park in your own area or assigned spot. Parking in vacant RV sites will result in being charged the daily rate and/or
towed.
*Do not park or drive through the grass or where grass is supposed to be.
BE CONSIDERATE
*No loud music.
*Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
*Outside RV lights are not to be left on after 9:00 PM.
TREES & WILDLIFE
*There are deer, turkeys, foxes, frogs and other creatures that you may see in the park. Do not harm any
wildlife in this park. If an animal is bothering you please notify the manager.
*Hanging hammocks or clotheslines, or otherwise damaging our trees, is not allowed.
*Firewood may be purchased from the camp manager
Campfires:
*Please use only the designated fire rings. If you are unsure as to where those are located, please ask the camp manager.
*Please note that campfires may be completely restricted during the mid-summer months when the
fire danger is high. Fires must never be higher than 1 1/2 feet.
*Fire rings are for firewood ONLY - Food scraps, cigarette butts, plastic, aluminum cans, bread ties etc. do not belong.
*Never leave fires unattended!
*Always extinguish fires completely when leaving them for any amount of time.
Pets:
*Pets must always be on a leash.
*Limit of 2 pets per site.
*Owners are responsible for waste clean up; including your own campsite.
*Please do not tie pets onto picnic tables, trees, electric or sewer posts.
*Constant or frequent barking will result in you being asked to leave the park.
Visitors:
*Overnight guests are to be registered with the manager.
*There will be an additional fee for each visitor staying the night.
*You are responsible for the actions of your children and guest, therefore any damages to the park or property will be charged to the renter.
*The Home Place RV Park is not responsible for accidents, damages or theft of personal property.
*Insurance of your RV is your responsibility.
The following MAY be permitted with PRIOR approval from management:
*Minor vehicle maintenance or repairs.
*Clothes drying racks. (No clotheslines.)
*Screen rooms or tents that are not attached to RV. Storage of an item under your awnings or on your site.
*Use of generators.
Conserve Energy:
*Washing campers or vehicles is prohibited.
*We request your cooperation in the conservation of energy. Please turn off your
lights when you aren't in your unit. Excessive water or electric usage will result in
an additional fee according to overage.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept further rent from any
person who fails to comply with these rules and regulations and may request that
